We have secure storage for all chemicals and spill kits positioned in potential spillage areas.

Smelting of ash in the blast furnace and further silver separation in the cupel furnace.
Extraction and dry scrubbing through bag filters removes pollutants prior to discharge to atmosphere. Shutdown procedures in place for potential emergency situations.

Electrolytic refining to produce silver crystals.
Secure storage of chemicals and extraction to remove fumes.

Melting of silver crystals and casting of silver bullion.
Extraction to remove metal fumes.

Process Waste
